I am Passionate About This Work
About Me
Like most kids, I grew up with excitement for life and curiosity about what the future might hold. Along the way, challenges kept coming — some of them hard enough to crush my hope for a season. Much of my adult life has been a journey of working through trauma and loss. Deep inside, I held on to one unshakable belief: that when God created me, He had good plans in mind.
I am passionate about freedom. I believe God did not create us to remain bound or tethered to things that hold us back from living fully as He intended. Helping people experience freedom — the same freedom I’ve been given — is at the heart of what I do. And freedom comes when we address our whole person: body – soul – spirit.

We were created by God to know Him. From the day we were created, He planned for us. He created a destiny in us and designed everything about us to match that destiny. Who He made us to be is more than enough. It’s not too much, or not enough. It is just right. Life comes along and tells us differently and often we believe it. In order to know the truth and believe it, we have to know Him, because He is the source. And all the yuck we peel off helps us to know Him. It is ok if you don’t know Him or even if you don’t want to. Just know that when I test you, I am asking Him to help me see the gold that He sees in you. And praying for you, that you will live free, in who He created you to be.
